Wing & Window is an online publication rather than a store. There is no shop, no phone line and no showroom — if you have a problem with a product you bought through one of our links, the retailer handles returns and warranty, not us.

What we especially want

A specification on this site that does not match the manufacturer.
A dead or wrong link.
A pick you think is indefensible on our own stated criteria. That is a fair challenge and you will get a real answer.
A product we have missed that genuinely belongs in a roundup.

What we cannot do

Identify a hummingbird from a photo, or advise on an injured or sick bird — contact a licensed wildlife rehabilitator for that.
Accept a product for review. We do not take free products.
Sell you a link or a placement. There is nothing for sale — disclosure.
